Oh my! A fight nearly broke out a birthday party I was performing at this weekend. The would be combatants were face to face, getting hotter and threatening blows. Twelve year olds are a tough crowd. Especially twelve year old boys. They know magic is not real, they go on U-Tube and see how just about any trick is done and are not about to be entertained by a magician’s lame jokes. Is this funny? You be the judge!

It has been raining quite a bit out here in sunny California. I can't complain too much about going to parties in the rain when the rest of the country is in hip deep snow. I do feel for those who have to get to shows in that! But getting from the car to inside in the rain, without and umbrella (I guess I could make two trips so I can carry one) is not fun.
